Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated QA Contractor to join our engineering team during a critical phase of product development. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and user experience of our enterprise software platform. As a contractor, you will immediately integrate into our active sprint cycles. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting software defects, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure a seamless, high-quality release.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build Automation Test: Build automated test scripts using Browser Stack Low code
  • automation, Maintain and execute existing automated test scripts and analyze the
  • Test Execution & Analysis: Learn our products ecosystem to plan, write, and execute
  • comprehensive test cases (functional, regression, integration, and system testing).
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, isolate, and thoroughly document software bugs in
  • FreshService and Azure DevOps with clear, reproducible steps, logs, and
  • video/screenshot evidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and
  • UI/UX designers to understand feature requirements, clarify edge cases, and validate
  • bug fixes.
  • Environment Validation: Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing (iOS,
  • Android, Web) to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Release Support: Participate in active Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and
  • provide final sign-offs for scheduled production deployments.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in software Quality Assurance,
  • ideally with a background in contract or fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Methodologies: Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and the
  • SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) under Agile frameworks.


Tools of the Trade:

  • Bug Tracking: Expertise in FreshService and AzureDevOps
  • API Testing: Proficient in using Postman to test backend endpoints.
  • Database: Strong background in database load testing, with the ability to perform
  • complex SQL-based data validation on Azure SQL

  • Pipeline: Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
  • Performance Testing: Experience with performance or load testing tools JMeter
  • Scripting: Hands on experience with Python Scripting
