Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in building and managing Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration. The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and automation maturity across environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using YAML.
Develop reusable, modular, and scalable pipeline templates and frameworks.
Lead the automation of build, release, and deployment processes across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
Containerize applications using Docker and manage image lifecycle and optimization.
Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes clusters (AKS preferred).
Define and implement deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments).
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana.
Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) in pipelines and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, cluster issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
Maintain documentation, standards, and governance for CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in writing YAML-based pipelines and templates.
Solid experience in Docker containerization and image management.
Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS or other managed clusters).
Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployments.
Proficiency in Git-based version control and branching strategies.
Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, automation, and release management.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
