Job description

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our engineering organization as an Individual Contributor. This role involves working closely with product development and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate will help modernize development workflows, migrate on‑premise systems to Azure, and enable reliable, scalable software delivery through automation and best practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance systems for building, packaging, testing, and deploying software products using modern CI/CD practices
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and related tools
  • Migrate existing on‑premise systems and applications to Microsoft Azure
  • Administer Azure DevOps (ADO), Git repositories, pipelines, and associated DevOps tooling
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
  • Assist development teams in modernizing software architecture, development tools, and delivery processes
  • Support and improve processes for beta releases and official production releases
  • Configure and maintain basic monitoring and observability solutions, including agents and SaaS integrations
  • Participate as an active member of a small, focused, multi-disciplinary Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, reviews, and retrospectives
