Purpose of the Job:

The Product Owner within the PMO drives projects from ideation through delivery, spanning product ownership, business analysis, and delivery management. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and brainstorming sessions to elicit business requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, architecture, and engineering requirements for signoff.
  • Convert unstructured business inputs (meeting transcripts, diagrams, email threads) into structured intake artifacts suitable for the agentic pipeline.

  • Drive AI-first delivery practices by leveraging agentic tools including Claude Code, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot for requirement gathering, automated PRD generation, and continuous workflow improvement.
  • Author and maintain AI-ready spec artifacts formatted for direct consumption by agentic development pipelines.
  • Serve as the human-in-the-loop reviewer within the AI-DLC pipeline, validating AI-generated work products (PRDs, Epics, Features) before promotion to engineering.
  • Review, refine, and approve AI-generated user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps before promotion to the engineering backlog.
  • Validate project completion and operational success.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements and best practices.

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience writing technical requirements and user stories.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or project management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and facilitating requirement sessions.
  • Apply domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics to inform requirement decisions.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to create prototypes with modern development tools.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum frameworks and practices within a hybrid delivery environment.
  • Gen AI concepts and the ability to execute in an AI-First organization.
  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze and report project and delivery data using Power BI.
