The Software Developer will participate in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of applications used across the corporation's subsidiaries. This role works closely with senior engineers, business analysts, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver quality software solutions.

  • Develop, test, maintain, and support application features and enhancements using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server technologies.
  • Gain an understanding of assigned business processes, system functionality, and application integrations.
  • Participate in requirements discussions and provide input on technical solutions and implementation approaches.
  • Assist with creating technical design documentation and development estimates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production support incidents.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and team members to implement new functionality and system improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Follow established development standards, design patterns, and coding best practices.
  • Work with quality assurance teams to ensure features are tested and meet business requirements.

  • 2โ€“4 years of software development experience.
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience developing applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, REST APIs, and web services.
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and development best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
