DevOps Engineer Lead Specialist I - DevOps Engineering Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and automate our cloud infrastructure and software delivery processes. The role involves building scalable infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and automate Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Develop reusable and scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Monitor system performance using Splunk, Azure Monitor, and Dynatrace.
  • Configure logging tools to analyze logs for troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness or GitLab CI.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth and reliable software deployment.
Requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Harness or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace).
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
  • 10+ years of experience.
Compensation & Location

Role Location: Georgia

Compensation Range: $105,000 - $158,000

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
