This role works within the Platform Engineering & Software Development team and partners with IT Operations, Information Security, Software Support, and business stakeholders to build reliable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, application security integrations, and operational tooling.
The Platform Engineer will also serve as a hands-on AI solutions builder. This individual will design and develop AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, and internal automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve employee productivity, and support title and escrow operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Platform Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting business-critical applications.
  • Build and support secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platform services.
  • Configure and maintain Azure serverless components, including Azure Functions.
  • Support Azure resources such as Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and API Management.
  • Develop reusable infrastructure components using Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Partner with software developers to improve application architecture, deployment reliability, scalability, and operational performance.
  • Participate in platform lifecycle planning, upgrades, technical evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives

CI/CD and Developer Enablement

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop deployment automation using YAML, PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Create reusable pipeline templates, deployment processes, and self-service tools that improve developer productivity.
  • Automate application and database deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Develop AI-based tools that assist with information retrieval, document processing, workflow coordination, quality control, decision support, and other operational activities.

  • Use orchestration, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and workflow automation to create dependable business solutions.
  • Establish appropriate validation, monitoring, human-review, security, and data-handling controls for AI-enabled processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience authoring and maintaining YAML-based pipelines.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with Azure serverless technologies, particularly Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency writing SQL queries for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, or application support.
  • Experience creating or maintaining reports using SQL Server Reporting Services or a comparable reporting platform.
  • Demonstrated experience developing AI-enabled applications, AI agents, or automated AI workflows.
  • Understanding of APIs, application integrations, structured data, and secure data handling.
