Role Overview:We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer who embodies our values of curiosity, innovation, and passion for technology. This role demands more than just technical proficiency; it requires a candidate who fits our company culture and is eager to contribute to a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on Azure.
• Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.
• Build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
• Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products/services.
• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
• Ensure critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with Azure, including Azure CLI, Azure Portal, and Azure App Service.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting is a plus.
• Ability to code and script in multiple languages (a polyglot mindset).
• Experience with system and IT operations; comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
• Strong grasp of automation tools.
