\n As a Database Administrator, you will work in a collaborative environment where you will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, supporting, and tuning application databases, primarily in the cloud.   • Experience with database management systems including but not limited to DB2, MS SQL, and Postgres.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and\/or AWS and their database services as well as a familiarity with DevOps.

  • Knowledge of IT Operations best practices in a 24\/7\/365 always on service model.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience designing, configuring, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining databases in cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and\/or AWS.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience with tuning large databases to optimize performance.

    • Constantly improving skills set and sharing new knowledge with others on the team.

    • Complete level 2 and level 3 support tickets.

    • Analyze issues and determine root cause along with completing solutions to resolve.

            \n The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Decisions will be determined on a case\-by\-case basis. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000\/year to $140,000\/year.<\/i>
