Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Core business hours with on-call availability Security Clearance: minimum T3 required Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage enterprise Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database environments for a federal government IT program. You will perform database administration activities, drive performance optimization and security compliance, collaborate with DBA staff, and ensure high availability of mission-critical data systems in a cloud-hosted environment. Key Responsibilities Perform enterprise Oracle and SQL Server database administration in a federal IT environment Architect, optimize, and maintain high-availability database configurations Implement database security controls, access management, and data integrity enforcement Manage backup/recovery operations with quarterly validation testing Execute SQL tuning, data integration, and ETL/SSIS support activities Develop and maintain contingency plans and business impact analyses for database systems Support disaster recovery and continuity of operations exercises Collaborate with and support junior DBA staff Required Qualifications * U.S.
