Senior.NET Developer – Azure FocusThis role is with a global professional services firm, that just started their push from on-prem to Azure in 2022. This .NET Developer will sit on a team of 10:6.NET Developers1 DevOps Engineer3 ContractorsThe near/medium term goal of this team is to migrate about 100.NET applications from on-prem to the cloud (Azure). We are looking for Senior.NET Developers with strong Azure-native .NET Development experience, that are comfortable re-architecting.NET applications to be hosted on Azure. You will work fairly independently, to own the process of an application migration, from end-to-end. The team is dividing and conquering for the most part on these migrations across the 100~ applications. As such, we are looking for strong engineers, that also have experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, and key considerations when re-architecting applications, through delivery and deployment.What You'll Be DoingAnalyze, design, configure, develop and implement intermediate-level solutions to meet business needs and objectives.Migrating applications from on-prem to the cloudRe-architecting applications to ensure they are optimized for AzureWork, as directed, with business owners, other IT teams, and vendors to create integrations both to/from vendors.Provide Level 3 support.
