This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while acting as a key escalation point.In this position, you will bridge the gap between IT support and infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams on both day-to-day support and strategic initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for a hybrid and remote workforce, while contributing to automation, security, and continuous improvement efforts.This role is based on-site with minimal travel required.What You’ll DoSupport & EscalationServe as an escalation point for complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, and cloud environmentsProvide advanced end-user support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and SaaS applicationsPerform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term solutionsInfrastructure & Systems SupportTroubleshoot and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Autopilot, and hybrid identity environmentsAssist with Active Directory, server maintenance, and cloud networkingDiagnose networking issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Cloud & Endpoint ManagementManage devices and users in hybrid environments using Intune and MDM toolsSupport Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)Maintain endpoint configurations and optimize user experienceSecurity & ComplianceImplement and maintain zero-trust security policiesSupport compliance initiatives aligned with NIST, CIS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001Monitor and respond to security alerts, phishing attempts, and vulnerabilitiesAutomation & OptimizationAutomate IT processes using PowerShell, Python, or BashEnhance ITSM workflows (e.g., Vivantio) for ticketing and asset trackingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and service deliveryProject CollaborationPartner with Infrastructure teams on cloud migrations, upgrades, and enhancementsContribute to strategic IT initiatives and continuous improvement effortsDocumentation & TrainingMaintain knowledge base articles, procedures, and runbooksTrain end-users and IT staff on tools, best practices, and troubleshootingSupport onboarding and offboarding processesWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceRelevant certifications preferred (A+, Network+, Security+, Azure, ITIL, CCNA, etc.)Experience5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise-level IT environmentsStrong experience in hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Entra ID)Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, and IntuneExperience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)Scripting experience (PowerShell required; Python/Bash a plus)Technical KnowledgeSolid understanding of cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Familiarity with networking concepts and protocolsExperience with VoIP systems and enterprise telephonyExposure to APIs, REST services, and integrations (nice to have)BonusExperience with AI-driven ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Copilot, chatbots)Experience with SIEM tools and vulnerability managementCore CompetenciesTechnical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysisCommunication & Customer Focus: Ability to translate complex technical issues into simple solutionsCollaboration: Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skillsOwnership & Accountability: High sense of urgency and responsibility in issue resolutionGrowth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improveWhat You'll Receive
