Job description

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Be able to quickly adapt to new situations, have a strong commitment to a team environment, maintain a capacity to work with little supervision, and the willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.
Knowledge of Azure and AWS, O365, and SharePoint.
Must have, or willing to obtain prior to start date: CompTIA Security+ CE, Security X, CISM or CISSP certification.
Must have, or willing to obtain prior to start date: Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, CCSP, or GCSA certification.
Knowledge of AVD’s, VMware, Windows, Linux and migration of on prem resources to the cloud.
Azure Group Policy administration, Microsoft Entra ID, system security and AD integration.
Microsoft Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lakes and Blob storage experience.
Ability to reliably commute to the office as business needs dictate.
U.S. Citizenship required. Knowledge/Skills
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience supporting the MDA or missile test data environments, including familiarity with data flow, system integration, or analysis processes unique to test missions.
Strong understanding of data management principles, including ingestion, parsing, cataloging, and metadata validation.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data preparation and analysis.
Working knowledge of metadata standards, data dictionaries, and validation procedures.
Experience developing dashboards and visual reports in Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to analyze data quality and performance metrics to identify process bottlenecks or anomalies.
Strong communication skills; capable of translating technical data findings for non-technical audiences and leadership.
Understanding of data governance policies, retention schedules, and secure handling of classified information.
Collaborative and analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment.
