Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support, secure, and improve our cloud and end-user technology environment. This role manages day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration, selected Azure services, escalated troubleshooting, and technical improvement initiatives in partnership with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate is technically strong, service-oriented, security-minded, and comfortable translating business needs into stable, supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Helpdesk support
  • Production Support (Experience supporting IT systems within an automotive manufacturing or production floor environment.)
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on IT engineering, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure experience.
  • 2+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
  • Working knowledge of networking, storage, virtual machines, monitoring, and backup.
  • Experience providing IT support to an office environment as well as production floor.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, or equivalent.
  • Experience with hybrid identity, Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect..
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, ticketing systems, change management, backup and disaster recovery, or vendor management.
