SDSU Athletics has partnered with Legends Global to assist in the sales strategy and execution of ticket packages for Aztec football, men's & women's basketball, as well as premium and priority seating at the new Snapdragon Stadium.
THE ROLE
The Ticket Sales Team is primarily responsible for selling season, partial and group ticket packages. This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional, with the confidence to grow our B2B and Premium sales initiatives. The Premium Sales Representative will work under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position will be focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations and closing sales
• The candidate will be responsible for selling a full menu of ticket packages, including premium, full seasons, partial plans, and groups
• Setting and conducting out of the office sales appointments
• Setting and conducting in-person meetings
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days
• The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goals
• Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communication with C-level clients
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills

• Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the sport industry
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior sales experience, with 1-2 years of B2B experience preferred
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay ($27.00-$29.00) plus commission opportunities and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
