MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A TEAM drivers out of Phoenix, AZ. Bring your co-driver, or ask us about pairing. We are looking for professional company drivers who want big miles, steady dedicated freight, and a long-term position with an established transportation company.

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • $0.90 per mile — team rate.
  • $10,000 team sign-on bonus — $5,000 for each qualified driver.
  • $1,000 bonus for every driver you refer.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid Class A CDL (both drivers).
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience each.
  • Clean driving records — reliable and safety-focused.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
  • No special endorsements required.
  • Must be able to work as W-2 company drivers.
