Estate Planning & Probate Attorney
Our client is a full-service law firm offering personalized service and a wealth of legal experience and understanding. For more than 35 years, our client has provided counsel, education, guidance and legal analysis.
We are seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in a succession planning position with 10-15 years in Estate Planning & Probate along with trust administration, estate tax / gift tax and return practice.
Qualified Applicants Should Have the Following:
• Able to prioritize multiple matters and projects and/or delegate work as needed
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Client focused, with an ability to solve complex problems
• Effective communication skills
• Leadership and project management skills and,
• Self-motivated while being a team member
Requirements:
• 10-15 years’ experience
• OR Bar required
Preferences:
• WA Bar or ID, AZ, CO Bars a plus
• A book of business, but not required
