What is an Ayurveda Practitioner?

An Ayurveda Practitioner is a healthcare professional trained in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine that originated in India over 3,000 years ago. These practitioners assess a person's physical, mental, and emotional health to recommend personalized treatments such as herbal remedies, dietary changes, yoga, and lifestyle modifications. Their goal is to restore balance and promote overall well-being by addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. Ayurveda Practitioners often work in wellness centers, private practices, or integrative healthcare settings.
