This team partners closely with business stakeholders and technical groups to turn business needs into practical system and process solutions. The environment is well suited for an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable navigating multiple stakeholder groups, translating between business and technology teams, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099
  • Work model: Hybrid in Jersey City, New Jersey
  • Opportunity to support enterprise initiatives within a large, highly structured financial services organization
  • Exposure to business process improvement, systems enhancement, Agile delivery, testing, and implementation activities
  • Contract engagement currently scheduled through April 16, 2027

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, workflows, and technology needs.
  • Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews, working sessions, process analysis, and documentation reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and specifications that technical teams can execute against.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between business users, technology teams, and other project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support testing, implementation, user readiness, training, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
  • Develop process maps, reports, dashboards, requirements documentation, and other materials that support project execution and business decision-making.
  • Contribute to successful Agile delivery by helping clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and maintain alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.

Do You Bring Proven Success In Business Analysis And Enterprise Technology Delivery?

  • Bring 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with substantial hands-on experience performing business analysis in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
  • Strong experience with business process analysis, workflow mapping, and identifying opportunities for process improvement or automation.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications that developers, engineers, or other technical teams can use.
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, and business adoption activities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, Tableau, or comparable requirements, process mapping, reporting, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a comparable business analysis certification is a plus.
