We transfer the warmth needed to make life work. The RoleThe Order Management Coordinator will have direct contact with customers and manage our customer order process from order receipt through to shipping and follow up. This role handles orders from receipt to customer delivery and is required to take ownership of order management. This includes meeting customer requests, receiving and entering orders, identifying and resolving order or delivery issues in order to meet customers' needs.  What You Will DoERP and data management for all incoming ordersInitiate, control, and maintain all sales ordersMaintain order entry, customer drawing approval, ERP data maintenance, and all customer communication related to on-time deliveryRespond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email regarding order status, ship dates, or customer documentation needsProactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for improving the customer experience Knowledge & QualificationsPost-secondary technical diploma or degree, and/or Customer Service or Order Management experienceWorking knowledge of ERP systems - preferably Microsoft AX What You Bring To This RoleAbility to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environmentQuick learning aptitude of technical concepts and product applicationsDemonstrated experience with MS Office applications, particularly ExcelAbility to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of ISO quality systemsSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and qualityExemplary relationship building and interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills (verbal and written English)Strong project management skills
