  • Translate business needs into product requirements by developing user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and priorities while balancing value, risk, effort, and urgency
  • Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of forecasting capabilities, from discovery and design through testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement
  • Drive forecasting excellence by improving accuracy, timeliness, transparency, and consistency across short-, medium-, and long-range demand, revenue, pricing, and unit revenue forecasts
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics including forecast accuracy, bias, adoption, data quality, cycle time, and business impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure data integrity and governance by maintaining scalable, well-documented forecasting data sources, business definitions, and processes aligned with enterprise data strategy

  • Lead user adoption efforts through testing, documentation, training, release readiness, and change management while mentoring team members and promoting best practices in forecasting and product management

  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar tools; familiarity with Databricks and AWS-based data environments preferred

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively engage technical teams, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership
