$85/hr.c2c max. Manager needs to fill these ASAP. 2 openings. Cloud Architect would be likely title but need to have hands on engineering not just design/lead Location- Hybrid Reston, VA. Client- Fannie Mae
  • We are looking for Senior AWS Cloud Engineer or Architect with hands on working experience on AWS.
  • The candidate should have an extensive working knowledge of the AWS infrastructure.
  • Monitoring tools experience is a must. The candidate should know how to identify errors and root cause via monitoring tools within different layers of AWS infrastructure.
  • We are not looking for a candidate who has worked only on few specific areas of AWS. Rather, the candidate must have worked on multiple components of AWS. This is to ensure the candidate can triage all flavors of AWS incidents.
  • Since the candidate will be performing triage during incident calls, soft skills and communication will play a role.
  • The position is a hybrid position located in Reston, VA. Working hours will be Eastern time.
  • Your technical team must perform scrutiny before sending us the resume. Please do not send candidates who does not have extensive hands on experience on AWS.

  • AWS certification is mandatory. Minimum certication is AWS Solution Architect - Associate level. Its good to have the AWS Sol Arc. Professional or AWS SysOps certification.
  • During the interviews, majority of our questions will be scenario based. We want to see the candidates ability to perform a technical triage and react to difficult questions.
  • Listening the questions carefully and providing a detailed step by step answer will add positive points during the interview.
Sr. Engineer or AWS Solutions Architect could work. They don't want developers, they need experience on the infrastructure side. An admin that has touched all the infrausture of AWS (storage, EC2,) etc AWS certs required. Monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Open Telemetry Solution delivery and design.
