Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company seeking a Certified AWS Solution Architect to join their team. The role involves leveraging AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provide architectural guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
• AWS Certified – AWS Solutions Architect (Professional level preferred).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform.
• DevOps and CI/CD implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of core cloud/infrastructure foundational concepts, including virtualization, compute, storage (e.g., FSx ONTAP), data services, and other AWS cloud services.
• Security concepts: Firewalls, Security Groups, IAM Personas, IPS/IDS, F5, traffic routing, load balancing, CDN, CloudFront, API Gateways.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards, controls, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of core AWS services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to provide implementation guidance based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
