Job Summary:
365 Managed IT is a senior-level IT service provider, and they are seeking a Level 3 Support Technician to resolve complex technical issues and manage advanced infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting, project leadership, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring system security and compliance for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Tier 1/2.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain server environments, network solutions, and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including server migrations, security upgrades, and new network installations.
• System Security & Maintenance: Implement, monitor, and maintain security protocols, patches, and backups.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Guide junior technicians, improve team technical skills, and create detailed technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Typically 5+ years in IT support, with at least 2+ years in a senior or L3 role.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server/AD, network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches), virtualization, and cloud technology (e.g., Azure, AWS).
