Job description

.Net Core/AWS Developer

Location: Downtown Chicago or Houston – Onsite 2 days/week

Duration: 12 – 18 month contract w/extension

Key Responsibilities:

· The full stack developer will advance the delivery and support the client's security remediations along with development using below technologies.

· Performs security remediations for Veracode, Wiz and other security scans.

· Develop and support data related work items using ETL/Ab Initio, AWS RedShift, Aws DynamoDB, db optimization SQL/NoSQL

· Performs other duties as developer using.Net Core

· Strong communication skills, for liaising with project leaders and teams.

· Software engineering and system design knowledge is a must.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience

· Experience implementing some of the AWS technologies (Lambda, CloudFront, Cognito, route53, Dynamo DB, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

· Development experience using.Net Core

· Experience with Cloud Automation Development Tool such as Git, Python/Bash/PowerShell Scripting

· Experience with Docker, including management and deployment using a scheduler such as the Elastic Container Service or Kubernetes.

· Thorough knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm or similar container technologies.

· Event Processing; Tibco & Kafka integrations

· Experience in CI/CD, TeamCity, GitHub

· Experience in agile environment
