Job description

ERS Elite is hiring Welders to support high-volume manufacturing operations for a leading transportation equipment manufacturer. This role is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication on structural steel and aluminum components used in trailer production.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth in a modern manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel and/or aluminum components
  • Weld structural assemblies including frames, crossmembers, and panels
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with specifications
  • Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment to prepare materials
  • Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
