Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
  • Banking domain knowledge - compliance, data privacy, and security needs.
  • CloudFormation / Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with microservices, containerization (ECS, EKS, Docker).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and hybrid cloud models.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Rally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud architectures on AWS for banking applications.
  • Migrate legacy systems to AWS, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop solutions using EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, etc.
  • Define and enforce security, governance, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to deliver cloud-native banking solutions.
  • Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Support disaster recovery, data backup strategies, and monitoring using CloudWatch, SNS, CloudTrail, etc.
