Job Title: Associate, DevOps Engineer

Location: 400 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington DE 1989

Job Duties: Provide ongoing operational support for the Aladdin infrastructure production environment, ensuring high availability for batch and interactive applications using tools like Autosys, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Manage pre-production environments and developer support during US hours, leveraging Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python, Perl). Identify and implement process improvements for pre-production support, releases, production syncs, and environment stability using ServiceNow, Cutover, and automation frameworks like Ansible, Chef, and Jenkins. Perform root cause analysis and system performance diagnostics using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Collaborate with development teams and application owners to debug applications written in Java, Python, or Perl. Communicate clearly and effectively during incident bridges and calls, ensuring distributed teams are informed. Build opportunities to integrate and automate operational processes using tools like AWX and Drools for alert handling. Assist with onboarding new technologies, proof-of-concept build-out, and disaster recovery testing and planning. Work with internal development groups to manage application changes and production releases across Cloud Native Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst, Consultant or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Linux system operations including filesystem navigation, resource monitoring, log analysis, and process and service control using core administrative commands; System administration including OSlevel diagnostics, service orchestration, performance tuning, and endtoend environment maintenance across Linuxbased infrastructures; Programming experience in Java, Python, Perl and shell scripting; Cloud Native Platforms including Azure, AWS and GCP; Automation and configuration tools including Ansible, Chef, and Jenkins; Orchestration and monitoring tools including Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana and Prometheus; Alert handing automation tools including AWX and Drools; and Enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Cutover and Autosys.

Salary: $112,000 - 138,000
