The Role

We are looking for a strategic AVP of Sales to lead our West Sales team in North America. You will lead an agile team of Enterprise Account Executives, measured by achieving overall team quota, new logo acquisition, and expanding Stuut adoption across the most strategic customers in North America - West. This team is passionate about building a modern AI ecosystem across the Accounts Receivable and Finance and helping customers and partners succeed. You will report to the CRO

  • Build and lead a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across strategic and enterprise customers.

  • Inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term growth and success across North America - West.

  • Foster continuous learning and a strong understanding of Stuuts’ technical capabilities and future product roadmap.

  • Lead North American West Enterprise growth planning while ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.

  • Scale and accelerate sales through a repeatable playbook and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

  • Help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by leveraging the Stuut’s AI Platform.
