Summary
The Senior Product Manager for Analytics is responsible for defining product strategy and maximizing the value of complex, data-driven platforms delivered by internal and external engineering teams. This role serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and airline/partner customers, driving alignment on vision, priorities, and long-term roadmap. The Senior Product Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading end-to-end product lifecycle efforts and shaping scalable solutions that enhance the inflight experience for airlines and travelers.
Core Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap development for tools, analytics, and data platforms
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization
  • Own and evolve cloud-based services, data platforms, and business intelligence ecosystems at scale
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to define scalable, high-performing solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, backend, and API teams to ensure seamless data integration, usability, and visualization
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, translating airline, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and priorities
  • Influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment on product direction, trade-offs, and investment decisions
  • Lead backlog prioritization and planning activities across multiple product lines or initiatives
  • Establish and drive long-term product strategy, including operational readiness and scalability planning
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, and usability studies to inform product innovation and differentiation
  • Define, track, and communicate product performance metrics, KPIs, and business impact
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to team development and best practices
  • Maintain deep expertise in IFEC, consumer technology, data analytics, and entertainment technology trends
  • Drive competitive analysis and position products as industry-leading solutions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development within data analytics, aviation, IoT, connected platforms, or related industries
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex data platforms or analytics products
  • Strong expertise in data visualization, KPIs, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Fabric, AWS, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with execution
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Product Management tools such as Jira and wireframing or prototyping tools highly desired

Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
