The Role We Want You For

The position evaluates financial risk of subcontractors and sets prequalification approval limits for work on Clayco Jobs. This position involves communication and collaboration with operational and project teams.

The Specifics of the Role

  • Analyze subcontractor financials for prequalification
  • Evaluate project specific financial risks for subcontractors and coordinate approvals as needed
  • Financial review of subcontractor's financial data, assigning a prequalification limit within Clayco guidelines
  • Collaborate with members of the prequalification team and various other internal parties
  • Assist in compiling supporting documentation such as, non-disclosure agreements and letters of exception
  • Manage internal and external client relationships
  • Financial evaluation and analysis of subcontractor financial data and review recommendations with prequalification manager in setting limits within Clayco guidelines

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a finance related field

  • 1-3+ years work experience in banking / finance environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and reviewing financial statements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze issues and apply critical thinking
  • Highly motivated, organized, independent and self-directed
  • Customer Service focus
  • Familiarity with the Construction Industry is a plus
