Aviation Paint Trainee Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Position Overview: This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week), and overtime is often available, with workweeks ranging from 50 to 60 hours. We operate 24 hours a day, and there are both day and night shift positions available. You will be part of a team of highly motivated professionals, working together to deliver top-quality results. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while developing your skills in aircraft painting and maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Arrive on time, ready to contribute to the team
• Follow direction from your team lead and experienced mentors
• Collaborate with a team of apprentices to ensure top-quality results
• Adhere to company safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet (fall protection provided)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Must be able to wear a respirator (clean shaved)
