Airport Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Line Service Technician to join our dynamic team.Airport Management Solutions, LLC is an FBO management and consulting company. AMS and its affiliate companies have locations in Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio, and Mississippi. AMS manages Fixed Base Operations to include fueling and hangaring general aviation and military aircraft and provides ground services for Part 91 and 135 operations. AMS has handled Air Force One on several occasions as well. Responsibilities:- Perform aircraft marshalling to guide pilots during ground movement- Fuel aircraft in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations- Conduct aircraft towing operations with precision and care- Assist with aircraft parking and tie-down procedures- Conduct inspections of fueling equipment and vehicles- Monitor fuel inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, including fuel quality control measures- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the fueling facility and equipment- Provide exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and aviation personnel- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround times- Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly to supervisors- Collect payments for services- Answer telephones and radio calls- Maintain the cleanliness of the FBO and ramp- Receive fuel loads and refill refuelers- Conduct fuel quality checks daily on all refuelers and fuel farms- Deicing- Other responsibilities as may be assigned Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in line service operations or aviation-related fields is preferred- Knowledge of aircraft marshalling signals and procedures- Familiarity with aircraft fueling processes and safety protocols- Ability to safely operate fueling equipment, towing vehicles, and related machinery- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Knowledge of aviation regulations and guidelines- Familiarity with airport operations and airfield safety protocols- Experience in aircraft towing and parking procedures- Training or certifications related to aviation fueling operations Why Join Us:- Competitive compensation package, including a competitive hourly rate and potential overtime opportunities- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting industry- Training and professional development opportunities- Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and safety- Join a reputable and growing company with opportunities for career advancement If you have a passion for aviation and possess the necessary skills to excel as an airport Line Service Technician, we want to hear from you!
