SUMMARY
The People Director leads the HR department and oversees environmental, safety and facility maintenance operations. This role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, drives talent strategy execution, develops policies and procedures, manages compensation and benefits, fosters employee relations, and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company facilities.
