Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)
  • 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years
Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)
  • No more than 2 in the past 3 years

  • No active suspensions
DOT Recordable Accidents
  • No more than 1 in the past 3 years

* Accident report required if they have accidents

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)
