Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Plumber to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. This position is covered by the CBA for Industrial, Technical and Professional Employees Union, OPEIU Local 4873.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performs Plumber Service work in commercial faciliites including working on fire alarm systems, sprinkler control systems, renovations, etc.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with fire alarm systems, sprinkler control systems, renovations, etc. in commercial facilities.
  • Must have a minimum, a State of North Carolina Class I Plumber's license.
  • Holding a Fire Sprinkler license is preferred
