UP TO $48.00 per Flat Rate Hour for Experienced Techs

Harrods Creek Auto (East End) is looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve diagnostic and drivability issues
  • Be able to repair all vehicle automotive systems
  • Use time clock for attendance and job repair orders
  • Be respectful and courteous to customers and fellow employees
  • Communicate well with the Service Writer and Manager
  • Willingness to attend classes for continuing education to improve skills
  • Must be able to follow all shop and safety rules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
  • Must have all necessary tools
  • Experience with European, Asian and American vehicles although specialists for specific makes will be considered.
  • Independent or Dealership service experience is preferred
  • Dealer or A.S.E certification is highly preferred
  • Hold a valid State of Kentucky driverโ€™s license
  • Must be willing to agree to a background check and drug screening, no DUIโ€™s within the past 5 years
  • Must provide history of prior employment along with references
