Retail Sales Associate — Base + Commission

$10/Hour Base + Commission | Average Commission: $800 Biweekly | Top Performers: $3,000+ Biweekly

Electronic Express is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team!

Our Sales Associates help customers find the right solutions across a wide range of products, including TVs, appliances, computers, mattresses, furniture, and home technology.

Your Earning Potential
  • $10/hour base pay
  • Average commission of approximately $800 every two weeks
  • Top performers earn approximately $3,000+ in commission every two weeks

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience
  • Guide customers through the sales process and identify their needs
  • Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget
  • Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express
  • Build sales by presenting products, financing, protection plans, and other available services
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
  • Follow merchandising and inventory standards
  • Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front-end responsibilities
  • Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and company programs
Qualifications
  • Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
