Growth Marketer (Growth Hacker) / Digital Marketing Specialist - For a highly professional non-surgical Hair Replacement company that offers a revolutionary technology, the only one of its kind in the world.  Headquarters office is in Englewood NJ, 10 minutes from NYC.  Selling Internationally through eCommerce and phone-video consultations where these hair systems are shipped to clients through a self-application by the client or anyone can apply this hair system.  Some clients also fly into our headquarters hair studio due to our technology being highly advanced and the only kind in the world. In addition, there are local clients coming into our headquarters office to purchase and get services.      

                                                                                                                                                                                                                      PPart time - 25 hours weekly, or less or more hours - whatever achieves the objectives. At 25 hours weekly = 6K per month or $60 per hour.  Nanocable if you feel you can crush it. Bonuses based on results. Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Master the features, benefits and technical details of our Revolutionary Invisablend Micro Strand hair process, along with its exclusive advantages over any other options worldwide.

Must own our whole funnel-Google Ads, Meta Ads, email & text drips and broadcasts, SEO, Landing pages, Website, retargeting, etc... Clean up lead quality and boost hot targeted leads. Implement efficient and simplified procedures and systems.

Manage existing marketing staff, and or do things yourself, and or combination of both, and or find new marketing staff, systems, platforms, etc... whatever it takes to achieve the objectives.  

Skills & Experience: 3-5+ years, ideally in service-based businesses-Beauty field, Cosmetic clinics, hair restoration, teeth, aesthetics, clinics, med spas, gyms-anything where people pay big for transformation).   Show proof or don't apply.             Must show and prove growth marketing experiences where in short period of time you achieve great results, explaining the details how you achieve such results.

 Due to our Invisablend Micro Strand technology we offer a revolutionary product therefore being the ONLY technology in the world that makes hair fully while keeping the end users existing hair safe and growing freely, and while using all the client's existing hair.  All other methods worldwide, both non-surgically and surgically, cause additional hair loss by their methods of adding hair and or hiding hair loss.  This therefore makes our product the obvious choice when they learn about our product.

B2C and B2B:

In addition to offering this unique product to end users (B2C), we also have B2B audiences.  Due to our product and technology being the only one of its kind worldwide we offer professional training courses at a cost to hair professionals - so others can also offer our revolutionary technology therefore increasing the popularity of our product.  When these affiliates offer our technology, they then must purchase our products from us to provide our products to others. 

Cost of product to consumers, and hair professionals:

1-     Invisablend Micro Strand hair systems range from $1500 to $8000.

       Presently average cost being $4000.00

       Also, looking to target market to wealthy people with Blue Diamond memberships charging 25K - 30K.

2-     B2B - Training Courses are presently $2500 and $5000.00, soon to be increased.

40 - 65+ women that are upset about their thinning hair looking for a solution, and women presently wearing one of the other methods in the industry but would love to have a much better way of making their fuller. 

Women that take care of themselves and want to look good.  Women in city areas are more likely to take care of their appearance.

Men are not our target audience although many men want and receive our product due to it being revolutionary and much better than any other options in our industry.

Present Marketing: 

Invisablend aggressively markets our Micro Strand technology in the following present areas:

1-     Organic posting throughout the USA and within high income regional areas.  For the purpose of growing the awareness of our product throughout the USA and simultaneously throughout high income regional areas. Bergen county NJ, and Westchester County NY. (marketing to clients that will come into our Headquarters Hair Studio office).

2-     Paid Marketing - Facebook, Instagram and Google.

3-     SEO

4-     Affiliates - Each of our affiliates (Hair professionals and salons that purchase our training course) receive written marketing materials, marketing videos and their own Invisablend personalized website - to drive Invisablend business to them.  This also adds to increasing the overall Invisablend awareness.

5-     Books - There have been two books written about the Invisabend Micro Strand technology.

6-     YouTube - Presently there are over 700+ videos.  Roughly there are 30+ new videos being produced monthly to build our awareness.

Requirements

1- Must have had previous roles of Growth Marketer and or Growth Hacker and or digital marketer specialist, and or a related position as the controller or chief of a company's overall marketing. Example: Owning the whole funnel-Google Ads, Meta Ads, email & text drips and broadcasts, SEO, Landing pages, Website, retargeting, etc... Clean up lead quality and boost hot targeted leads. Implement efficient and simplified procedures and systems.

2- Must had this kind of position - Manage existing marketing staff, and or do things yourself, and or combination of both, and or find new marketing staff, systems, platforms, etc... whatever it takes to achieve the objectives.  

3- Skills & Experience: 3-5+ years in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally in service-based businesses-Beauty field, Cosmetic clinics, hair restoration, teeth, aesthetics, clinics, med spas, gyms-anything where people pay big for transformation).   Show proof or don't apply.

4- Must show and prove growth marketing experiences where in short period of time you achieve great results, explaining the details how you achieve such results.

5- Proven track record scaling user acquisition (e.g., Paid Ads, SEO, email, viral loops)

6- Comfortable with data: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or simular -- Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.

7- Ads - Strong A/B testing mindset--bonus if you've run experiments that moved the needle. Bonus: SQL or Python basics (not mandatory, but love to see it)

8 - Remote job position but must be USA-based.
