Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:00

We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service from start to finish.


The Role

As a CSR, you are the face of Avalon. You will interact directly with clients, manage projects from intake through delivery, and ensure every job is completed accurately and on time. You will also identify opportunities to support client needs and contribute to revenue through quoting and upselling services.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick up and deliver client projects using a company vehicle
  • Serve walk-in clients and provide guidance on services and solutions
  • Gather and confirm project requirements to ensure accurate execution
  • Enter job details into internal systems for production teams
  • Coordinate with production to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Review completed work before delivery to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for walk-in clients and small accounts
  • Resolve client questions or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
  • Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working with clients in person and over the phone
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
