Job description

$25/hour after training · Steady weekly volume · Done by 4:00 · Never Sundays

What we pay $25.00/hour once you're working independently. $20.00/hour for your paid trial day — you get paid to find out whether this work is for you. +$5.00/hour on Saturday jobs. Performance bonuses on top.

That's roughly $10/hour above what most cleaning companies in Tarrant County pay. There's a reason, and we'd rather tell you up front.

This work is demanding

We move fast and we don't cut corners. Most people who come out for a trial day find they can't hold the pace, and that's genuinely fine — it's why we pay you to try it before either of us commits to anything.

If you'd rather work hard for a full day and be finished than stretch a few hours of work across one, you'll do well with us. Two of our most experienced contractors came to us from the Army, and they set the standard here.

How it works

You're an independent contractor. We offer jobs; you accept the ones that fit your schedule. Most contractors who want consistent volume find it — we have more work than we can currently cover.

  • Jobs run Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Most finish by 4:00.
  • Sundays, never. No nights. No on-call.
  • Wednesday is our heaviest day. Contractors available Wednesdays get offered the most work.
  • Right now we can offer 40+ hours a week to contractors who want them.

Our Products

We clean with natural, plant-based products — most of them our own formulations. Two conventional products stay in the kit — one for toilets and showers, one for oven interiors. That's all.

If you've worked in this industry before, you know what a day of bleach and ammonia does to your hands and your lungs. That isn't this job.

The Work

Residential and office cleaning across Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Roanoke, Westlake, and Trophy Club. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detail work.

Most jobs are worked in pairs, with an experienced contractor on site. You'll confirm completed work in an app on your phone and let us know when supplies run low.

Getting Started

Your first day is a paid trial at $20/hour, working alongside someone experienced. After that, you work at $25/hour once both you and we agree you're ready to run a job without someone in the room with you.

For some people that's quick. Prior cleaning experience helps, but the pace matters more than the résumé. There's no fixed probation period — it's a mutual call.

What You'll Need

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats — most of our clients have them
  • Able to lift 35 lbs, and to bend, kneel, reach, and stay on your feet through the day
  • A smartphone
  • Black pants or leggings. Branded shirts available at no cost.

Veterans and Military Spouses

We actively want you. Two of our most experienced contractors came to us from the Army. If you're transitioning out, if you're a spouse looking for daytime work that pays properly, or you're Guard or Reserve — please reach out. We understand drill weekends.

About us
