We are hiring an experienced AV Project Manager – LED Display Installations & Field Support based in Las Vegas to support the delivery, installation, and technical execution of LED display projects across North America and international markets.


The Role

This is a hands-on project management and field support role for someone with direct LED display installation experience.

The successful candidate will manage ClearLED installation projects, support partners onsite, provide remote technical support to partners and clients, assist our internal team during active installations, and carry out installation work when required.

This role requires strong project discipline, technical LED knowledge, field experience, and the ability to travel frequently.


Responsibilities

  • Manage ClearLED installation projects from planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout
  • Support partners onsite during active LED display installations
  • Provide remote technical support to partners and clients during installations and troubleshooting
  • Support ClearLED teams during active projects in a technical and project coordination role
  • Carry out hands-on LED display installation work when required
  • Coordinate schedules, site activities, contractors, installers, resources, and deliverables
  • Review drawings, site conditions, installation requirements, and technical documentation
  • Support installation planning, including mounting, access, power, data, cabling, and serviceability
  • Track project risks, issues, schedules, budgets, punch lists, and closeout documentation
  • Ensure installations are delivered safely, professionally, on time, and to ClearLED quality standards


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of AV project management, LED installation, or technical project delivery experience
  • Direct hands-on experience installing LED display systems is required
  • PMP certification is required
  • AVIXA CTS certification is required
  • Strong understanding of LED display technology, AV systems, signal flow, power, data, mounting, and field installation
  • Ability to read architectural, structural, electrical, AV, and installation drawings
  • Experience working with contractors, installers, integrators, clients, and technical teams
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally approximately 70% of the time


Preferred Experience

  • Transparent LED, direct-view LED, media façade, stadium display, retail LED, or large-format custom LED experience
  • Experience working on active construction sites or architectural integration projects
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar tools
  • Experience with Zoho Projects
  • CTS-I, CTS-D, OSHA, or other construction/AV safety certifications
  • Experience commissioning, servicing, or troubleshooting LED display systems
