 Position Overview:
 We are seeking a Part-Time AV/Event Technician to assist with setup, operation, and strike of audiovisual equipment at various live events. This is an ideal role for someone with advanced AV knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
 • Assist with the setup and breakdown of audio, lighting and LED equipment.
 • Operate basic sound systems, stage lighting, and event-related gear.
 • Load and unload gear safely and efficiently.
 • Follow instructions from senior technicians and crew leads.
 • Maintain equipment and ensure proper cable management and storage.
 • Support the overall execution of live events in a professional and timely manner.

 Requirements:
 • Working knowledge of audio systems and lighting equipment (wired and wireless mics, speakers, LED lighting, DMX, DANTE, etc.).
 • Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work on your feet for extended periods.
 • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and punctuality.
 • Flexible schedule – Must be available for evenings, weekends, and irregular hours depending on event needs.
 • Previous experience in live events, theater, or AV production is a must.

  • Comfortable Working at heights on ladders, boom lifts and scissor lifts
  • Ability to think outside the box and test your own limits and knowledge on non traditional AV work. Ie: Props and Special FX
