Full Time| 100% onsite| 8:00AM-4:30PM-Thursday-Monday| This posiition will require you to be on call.
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and operation of installed and mobile audio-visual and collaboration systems within CNOs Government and health environments. Ensures that all AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, projectors, digital displays, and audio systems, are functioning effectively and efficiently. Provides first-level technical support, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with other IT team members to deliver seamless AV experiences for meetings, events, and day-to-day operations.
Primary Tasks:
1. Assist in the administration, maintenance, and deployment of IPTV and digital signage video distribution systems in accordance with established CNO standards
2. Assist in the administration, maintenance, and deployment of integrated unified communication systems in accordance with established CNO standards
3. Assist the administration, maintenance, and deployment of integrated audio distribution systems in accordance with established CNO standards
4. Assist in the set up/tear down and management of portable AV production equipment for special events including sound systems, cameras, screens (Projection, Digital, LED), and other needed furniture /equipment
5. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory logs of AV equipment and supplies.
6. Proactively respond to issues related to AV systems to enhance the guest experience.
7. Maintain consistent reporting of work effort in accordance with CNO policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and best practices. This position will onboard and report on work efforts through both our ticket system and our Project management system.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associates degree in Audio and video technology, broadcasting, audio production, video production or related field, or relevant AV certification, or 1- year related work experience.
1-2 years' experience supporting Live production systems or integrated Systems Infrastructure.
Knowledge of managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Systems infrastructure based on best practices.
Analog/digital signal distribution system troubleshooting knowledge
AV Certifications a plus
