Job description

E-logic is seeking an energetic Facility and Audiovisual (AV) Management Specialist to orchestrate the physical and digital environment at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). You will be the go-to expert responsible for the end-to-end setup of training centers, board rooms, and conference spaces. Beyond physical coordination, you will drive the agency's presentation quality by creating digital media content and providing live, real-time AV troubleshooting during critical meetings. This position is 100% onsite at USTDA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; telework is not available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day facilities coordination, ensuring safety compliance, clean space presentation, and workspace readiness across the agency.
  • Configure, move, and physically optimize furniture and technical hardware layout for conference rooms, training blocks, and executive board rooms.
  • Operate, maintain, and serve as the on-site technical expert for all internal AV infrastructure, including display screens, projectors, and digital sound boards.
  • Provide immediate, live technical intervention for microphonic feedback, streaming drops, or display lag during high-stakes agency meetings.
  • Author, structure, and format dynamic audio-visual presentations, title slides, and digital media layouts for agency external briefings.
  • Inventory, test, and request replacement parts or technical upgrades for all enterprise-level presentation equipment.


Requirements

  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • 7+ years of administrative experience, with a heavy emphasis on facilities management, venue logistics, or event technology.
  • College degree in Business, Information Management, or related operational certifications.
  • Adept in digital content creation applications and live presentation mixing software.
