Oracle PL/SQL DeveloperIntroduction:

This position involves working as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer within our team. The role requires expertise in writing complex SQL queries using Oracle, as well as strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, ETL tools, scripting, data warehousing, data integration, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Write complex SQL queries using Oracle
  • Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
  • Utilize ETL tools like Informatica for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Create scripts and automate processes using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment
  • Implement performance tuning techniques for Oracle databases
  • Apply data warehousing patterns and dimensional modeling techniques using Oracle
  • Build scalable data integration patterns for cloud-based and on-prem environments
  • Utilize batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys for job scheduling
  • Work with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS
  • Use GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers)
  • Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica
  • Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python
  • Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including performance tuning
  • Strong knowledge of Data warehousing patterns and Dimensional Modeling techniques using Oracle
  • Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in cloud-based and on-prem environments
  • Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS
  • Working experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice
