Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Support Engineer with Unix and SWIFT integration experience for a full-time position in Plano, TX. The role involves providing L3 level support for Java and .Net applications, managing on-premise infrastructure and AWS architecture, and handling various banking processes.
Responsibilities:
• Strong in on Unix command and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of SWIFT Alliance access.
• Strong in SQL an PLSQL.
• Understanding of bank ACH payment, Nacha file, Wire payment.
• Understating of the on-premise Infrastructure and AWS architecture.
• Understanding the TRP (Dr) Process.
• Handling java and .Net applications and providing L3 level support.
• knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and renewal.
• Idea about load balancing and networking troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace or any monitoring tool.
• Knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduler configuration.
• Understating the treasury and funding business.
