Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170. Analyze General Motors PK Base SW and Diagnostics SW stack development utilizing the ISO-14229 (UDS) protocol. Work with Diagnostics team for the Perfectly Keyless programs, Software Architectural and designs Customer interactions. Handle AUTOSAR Configurations in Vector Tools, Embedded C coding, and Feature Owner of Diagnostics Application module. Ensure implementation, testing, designing and requirement updates for the software update feature FOTA [Firmware over the Air] and CAN updates. Handle customer interactions and requirement clarifications for the feature developments. Work on Diagnostics Application development (Implementation for UDS protocol (both AUTOSAR and Non-AUTOSAR). Ensures vehicle testing and debug support for offshore team. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience as a Base Software Developer, Functional Software Developer or in an occupation involving feature and functions development in automotive software environment. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Base software development with classic Automotive Open System Architecture (AUTOSAR); (2) Software implementation per CCC v3 for Vehicle Access Systems; (3) Davinci configurator for configuring the base software stack and Davinci developer tools developing the software component; (4) Testing/industrial tools (DPS, OTA tester tool, GBFTT, CDA Vector CANoe, and VehicleSpy) in vehicle for testing, debugging and troubleshooting various customer projects; (5) Diagnostics application SW development utilizing the ISO-14229 (UDS) protocol; (6) Developing and troubleshooting the software update functionality via OTA (Over The Air) or via tester tools over CAN protocol; (7) Requirement Analysis/development in IBM DOORS (base software, flashing procedures, diagnostics for various automotive OEMs); and (8) SDLC with various tools like Rhapsody (for software architecture), Vector Cast and Google test (for unit testing), AEEE Pro (for build tools) and Source Tree (GIT) for software version controls. Telecommuting: 2 days a week of telecommuting permitted. Travel requirements: 10% international and domestic travel.
