Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to the sales team, including setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional, efficient, and result in a positive experience.
Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure that the dealership has the right mix and quantity of vehicles to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
  • Must have General Motors/Chevrolet experience.
  • Positive, upbeat and outgoing personality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
