  • Monitor automotive testing equipment and mechanical rigs
  • Keep test data accurate and organized
  • Troubleshoot and adjust tests to meet exact specifications
  • Perform preventive maintenance and log it properly
  • Communicate issues clearly with teammates and engineers
  • Work on a steady off-shift schedule with no rotation
  • Learn continuously and help train others over time

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:           

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical experience or strong hands-on aptitude (we’ll train the right person)
  • Comfortable working with tools, diagnostics, and technical data
  • Team mindset and a strong work ethic

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Background in automotive, mechanical, industrial, or trade work is a plus
