What can you expect as an Automotive Service Manager?

A Jiffy Lube Automotive Store Manager and Automotive Store Assistant Manager will be directly responsible for the performance of their service center and will work directly with a Jiffy Lube District Manager and Jiffy Lube Franchisee. The Jiffy Lube Franchisee is the owner of the Jiffy Lube service center.

At Jiffy Lube our primary focus is automotive preventative maintenance and light repair provided to our customers in a timely and economical manner. Our Store Managers are responsible for the following:

  • Maintain the Highest Safety and Cleanliness Standards in the industry
  • Work efficiently and professionally while maintaining a fun work environment.
  • Help team evaluate customers needs
  • Lead service center to increased customer counts, customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner.
  • Train and coach team members to become productive members of the team.

Salary Range: 61,100 to 111,500 per year


Base Pay: 61,100 per year

38,400 potential monthly bonus pay

12,000 potential quarterly bonus pay

up to 111,500 total potential earnings per year
