AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
TDC Automotive – Duvall, WA

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
TDC Automotive is a locally owned, family-operated repair shop that’s built a reputation for honesty, quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. We aren’t a dealership or a corporate chain. Our owners are involved in the business every day, and we believe in creating a workplace where people are respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow.
If you’re an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized and following through, we’d love to talk with you.
Compensation & Benefits
·         Hourly base wage plus personal and team performance incentives
·         Health insurance contribution
·         Paid holidays
·         Paid time off
·         Monday-Friday schedule (7:45AM-5:15 PM)
·         No weekends
·         Ongoing training and professional development
Responsibilities
·         Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process
·         Answer phones and schedule appointments
·         Build and present repair estimates
·         Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
·         Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
·         Follow up on open estimates and previously declined work
·         Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
·         Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
·         Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
·         Strong communication and customer service skills
·         Excellent organization and time-management skills
·         Comfortable using computers and shop management software
·         Ability to multitask in a busy environment
·         Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
